Schedule of Shambhala Training Programs in Cleveland
Shambhala Training: Sacred Path of the Warrior

General Format of Weekend
Shambhala Trainings

Some Shambhala Training weekends, such as Level I, start on Friday evening with registration at 7 PM. Please check the schedule for details about the starting day of your specific program.

Many weekends simply begin on Saturday morning, with a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m., and the program commencing at 9 a.m.  There is a break for lunch around noon for about 1-1/2 hours. Lunch is provided.

In the afternoon there may be meditation interviews or discussion, and then a tea break followed by another talk and discussion. The day ends around 6 p.m. Participants are invited to join the group out to dinner on Saturday evening.

The same general format runs on Sunday except lunch is out on your own or you can bring a brown bag lunch. A short reception ends the day. (Level I ends earlier on Sunday, usually around 2:00 p.m.)

The suggested donation for most Shambhala Training levels is $125 for the weekend. There may be additional material costs for some levels. No one will be turned away from the teachings. If you can pay the full amount (or more), we need you to do so. If you can't, we ask you to be generous in contributing what you can, at least to cover food costs.

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing with layers so you can accommodate varying room temperatures. Bring note-taking materials. Meditation cushions are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if it is most comfortable for you.
