This is the second of three workshops working with The Lost Art of Good Conversation, the newest book by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.  The Lost Art of Good Conversation is a journey to help us get back to the basics – to a life in which we are fully present and connected to ourselves and others. Using the principles of the Shambhala tradition – meditation and a sincere belief in the inherent wisdom, compassion, and courage of all beings – Sakyong Mipham, the current lineage holder of Shambhala, explains to readers how to listen and speak more mindfully and effectively to loved ones, coworkers, strangers, and even ourselves.
