Timekeepers Workshop

with Richard Rulong

October 20th

Date details +

Do you want to become more involved in the Cleveland Shambhala community? One way you can is to become a timekeeper during our public sitting meditation sessions (7 pm Tuesdays, 10 am Wednesdays and Sundays). If you want to see what the role looks like, just come to one of our sessions and watch the person who is sitting up front and leading the session.

So you might say “I don’t know how to do that.” Great news! We can teach you. Rich Rulong, one of our members, will be conducting this timekeeper workshop. We will also have a handout that you can refer to in the future as a helpful guide.

All are welcome to attend. You don’t need to register and you don’t need to be a member. This is a great way for people who have been attending public sitting meditation sessions and who would like to become more involved in our vibrant Shambhala community. We look forward to working with you.
