The center is open during all open public meditation, regular and special programs or by appointment.Open Public Meditation
Open Public Meditation requires no registration. Therefore, just walk in/Zoom In. All are welcome. But we do recommend, for a first-time visit, showing up 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Still have questions? Check out the FAQs.

Regular Programs
Heart of Recovery
Heart of Recovery requires no registration.
This Heart of Recovery meeting is a gathering of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and commitment to abstinence as we understand it, are recovering from compulsive, addictive behaviors.
Each meeting always starts with brief meditation instruction.
