Meditation Instructor Continuing Education, weekend 2

This program is for individuals already authorized as meditation instructors.

We will be gathering at the Center for this program.

In this weekend, focus will be on embodiment – both generally and in meditation practice – how to convey a sense of the experience of embodiment to others, bringing mindfulness of body into everyday life as well as learning to work with physical discomfort through mindfulness of body.
